Your Safety Department, LLC offers Aerial Work Platform Training for Boom Supported and Self-Propelled Scissor Lifts at your site. We set the standard for workplace safety when it comes to the operation of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs). All of our Aerial Lift Training Programs meet or exceed applicable safety requirements, including industry safety standards and government regulations.
Our blended course includes both General Training on multiple pieces of equipment of a particular type including push arounds, boom lifts, scissor lifts and trailer-mounted boom lifts in a classroom setting followed by Familiarization with specific models prior to use and a documented Practical Evaluation to ensure competency to the certification requirements.

The attendee to the class will become familiar with the dangers associated with working at height. The key objective is to educate the participant about identifying hazardous conditions, controlling hazards, use of personal protective equipment, and rescue.
The attendee will be required to successfully complete a written evaluation of the information presented during this training session as recommended by OSHA Regulations 29CFR1910.66, 29CFR1926.503.

Any individual that successfully completes one of the training courses will receive the industry recognized credential OSHA 10 / 30 Hour wallet card.
The OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training course is intended to provide information needed to help line workers, as well as foremen, supervisors, managers, superintendents, competent persons, safety staff, safety committee members, safety managers, and others, be more aware of health and safety hazards so they can be avoided. The OSHA 10-hour Construction Industry Outreach Training course also includes a brief overview of how the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) functions, and the rights of employers and employees. This bloodborne pathogens training program will provide students with the essential knowledge necessary to help reduce or eliminate the occupational risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens. The goal of the course is to help students understand the risk and develop behaviors that will help protect them when they are exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials.
Pediatric Plus CPR, AED and First Aid Training
Individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers but desire or are required to be certified in Child and Infant CPR and AED.
